Bend area drivers are joining a western regional fleet that trains new CDL holders on the road, pays them every week while they learn, and backs their first months solo with a guaranteed check. How You Start Ride with an experienced driver trainer on real loads Paid every week during training Move into your own truck on full pay once your trainer signs off $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months of solo driving The Job Dry van freight across the western states, west of the Mississippi Around 2,000 miles per week Home every 2 weeks Day and night dispatch, weekend driving expected Pay Average weekly earnings of $1,500 Starting rate of 50 cents per mile $15 stop pay Monthly driver performance bonus Benefits Medical, dental and vision after 30 days 401k with company match Paid time off $300 orientation pay, travel to orientation covered What You Need Class A CDL, 21 or older Completed 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen Live within 200 miles of Troutdale, OR Your CDL is ready.
