Job Summary:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely drive designated company van to transport materials and supplies from various assigned areas within the location to designated buildings
• Comply with safety and environmental rules, policies and procedures
• Practice stopping at risk behavior of others and self
• Scan bar codes on packages for delivery and pick up
• Receive, unpack and deliver goods
• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels and perform physical count of inventory
• Re-stock items as necessary and labels shelves
• Record and process purchasing orders as required
• Process and/or approve invoices for payment
• Maintain ample signature log form assigned areas for pick up and deliveries, tracks orders and investigates problems
• Process and document returns as required following established procedures
• Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, assisting customers
• Communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers, leads, supervisors, managers and customers (this may required the use of radios, Walkie-talkie, etc.)
• Take Direction and responds to supervision
• Use proper personal protective equipment
