• Key Responsibilities:

• + Conduct grounds maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.

+ Work alongside fellow associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance. + Adhere to stringent safety, security, and integrity protocols, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements at local, federal, and state levels. + Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines. + Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.

• Minimum Qualifications
• + Minimum age of 21 years + Valid state-issued driver's license + Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

+ Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI convictions or reckless driving incidents involving alcohol or drugs within the last 3 years. + No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle. + No serious traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle. + Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification.
