Job Description

Description:
Real Equipment. Real Variety. No B.S. Northwest Beef Express has been running since 1998 hauling live cattle, cattle feed, and more across the region. We're family-owned, and we run a tight, honest operation — the kind of place where people actually know your name and your rig gets taken care of. We're adding a driver to our team who can handle a mix of hauls — belt trailer loads (our main trailer, but not the only one you'll run), plus rock, compost, WDG, wheat, and other commodities. If you like variety and aren't afraid to get dirty, this is your kind of job. Local & regional runs — out a couple times a week, home most nights $40/day per diem when you're out overnight Full-time, year-round work — no seasonal layoffs $5,000 Sign-On Bonus — here's how it pays out: $750 at 90 days $1,250 at 6 months $750 every 90 days after that until you hit the full $5K What the Job Looks Like You'll be hauling belt trailer loads, rock, compost, WDG, wheat, and other commodities around the Hermiston area and beyond. No team driving — you're out a couple days a week and home the rest, with the occasional out-of-town run if you want the extra miles. Solid, varied work with good equipment and people who respect what you do. We don't micromanage, and you're never "just a number" here. The Benefits Package (Yeah, It's Solid) Health, Vision & Dental — NBX covers 85% of premiums for you and your family Health Savings Account (HSA) 401K — Traditional & Roth options; NBX matches 100% of your first 5% contribution Life Insurance Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays Clean, well-maintained equipment — in-house fleet shop on-site with fuel, so your truck is always ready to roll Interested? Give us a call at 541-289-7203 — we'd rather talk to you than have you fill out a bunch of forms. NBX will consider reasonable accommodations to enable a qualified individual with a disability to perform the essential functions of the position. This includes accommodations related to lifting, standing, physical work, or other job-related requirements. Please contact Human Resources if you need assistance.
