Driver & Crew Leader Hood River, OR From $23 an hour - Full-time From $23 an hour - Full-time At Riverhood Rentals, we make weddings, parties, and events in the Columbia Gorge happen. We're the crew behind the scenes — loading up the truck, delivering tables, chairs and everything in between, and making sure every event goes off without a hitch. It's physical, fast-paced, and rewarding work. We're looking for reliable, hardworking drivers and crew leaders who take pride in doing the job right.

What the job looks like:

Typical workweek runs Thursday-Monday, 35-40 hours. You'll be out in the Gorge all summer — deliveries across Hood River, OR and WA — setting up and breaking down events, driving trucks and cargo vans, and making sure every order is on-time and exactly right. What you'll do: Drive box trucks and cargo vans to event sites across the Gorge (no CDL required) Pull, sort, load and deliver rental equipment per contract Set up and install party and event rentals on-site Break down events and restock inventory back to the warehouse Keep inventory counted, clean, and in great shape Bring a great attitude and professional presence to every job What we're looking for: Valid driver's license and clean driving record (must be 21+; CDL not required) Ability to lift 60lbs+ and stay physically active all day — this job keeps you moving Willing to work weekends, Sundays, and holidays Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Professional appearance and customer-facing confidence Prior warehouse, delivery, or event rental experience is a plus — but we'll train the right person What you get: $22-$25/hr depending on experience 35-40 hours/week guaranteed Work outside most of the summer Opportunity for year-round, full-time employment and benefits for the right candidate A tight-knit crew that works hard and has fun doing it
