The Opportunity We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our team as Parking Lot Sweeper Drivers . No prior experience is required —we'll teach you everything you need to know through complete, hands-on training! We currently have an open spot on our PM shifts.

What You'll Do Drive & Operate:

Safely operate sweeper trucks along designated routes and commercial parking lots.

Detail Cleanup:

Walk using a backpack blower to clean sidewalk corners, curbs, and tight spaces (up to 35% of your shift).

Site Maintenance:

Light groundskeeping, including occasionally changing trash liners.

Work Independently:

Execute your daily route efficiently with strong attention to safety and detail.

Requirements Age:

Must be at least 22 years old ( for insurance requirements ).

Driving Record:

Valid driver's license with no more than 2 citations on your record in the last 3 years.

Screening:

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test ( including marijuana ).

Physical Ability:

Comfortable walking and operating a backpack blower up to 35% of your shift.

Reliability:

Strong work ethic, punctual, safety-oriented, and able to work independently.
