Job Description
Centerline Drilling Inc. is looking for a motivated Shop Assistant to join our team. This role is key to keeping our equipment, shop, and yard organized, clean, and ready for work on our jobsites. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and supporting field crews, this position may be a great fit for you! Perform routine cleaning and detailing of fleet vehicles and equipment. Perform required inspections on equipment when returning or leaving the yard. Wash and paint equipment as needed. Safely move equipment around the yard. Fuel incoming and outgoing equipment as required. Prepare outgoing job trailers to meet field staff and management specifications. Run errands for shop and field needs (parts, supplies, etc.). Maintain the yard's overall appearance keep the equipment yard organized, and ensure equipment is in the correct locations. Support management with other shop and yard duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Reliable and hardworking with a strong attention to detail and shows up on time. Comfortable working outdoors and in a shop environment. Ability to operate equipment safely or willing to learn. Basic mechanical skills or welding skills are a plus. A team player with a willingness to help wherever needed.
