This is a unique, flexible position for a driver who can smoothly transition between team driving and solo assignments, including local and overnight routes. We're looking for drivers who are reliable, motivated, and adaptable to meet the dynamic needs of our operation. What You'll Be Doing Hauling FedEx Ground trailers (53' or doubles) 100% drop and hook — no touch freight Driving team, solo overnight, and solo local routes as needed
Pay & Compensation Team Driving:
$0.75-$0.85 per mile
Overnight Solo:
$0.70 per mile
Solo Local:
$0.68 per mile or $300 guaranteed daily payout Time Off & Benefits 1 week of PTO after 90 days 2 weeks of PTO after your 2nd work anniversary Why Drive with SRP?
