As a Driver Recruiter, you will identify, recruit and onboard new flatbed truck drivers at PGT Trucking. You will provide a thorough review of PGT's benefits to encourage applicants through the hiring process and work to qualify candidates in accordance with company guidelines. You are tasked with growing PGT's fleet of professional truck drivers with positions for company drivers, lease purchase operators, owner-operators and small fleet owners. Key Responsibilities Quickly engage potential leads to encourage a full application Identify quality candidates for flatbed trucking Display a thorough understanding of PGT's benefits to actively recruit applicants to PGT Use the ATS to properly document the hiring and onboarding process Proactively search for potential leads using company resources Role Requirements HS diploma or GED.
