Yard Laborer Pay:

As an entry level Yard Laborer , you'll inspect and inventory vehicles received from insurance companies, document their condition using a handheld device, and help keep operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, and working around vehicles. Responsibilities Inspect and inventory incoming vehicles Document vehicle condition using a handheld tablet/device Check for missing or damaged exterior and interior components Attempt to start vehicles and perform basic jump-start procedures when needed Accurately enter inspection data and inventory information Work independently while maintaining productivity and safety standards Communicate with team members as needed using handheld radios Qualifications Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Basic knowledge of vehicle parts and components Experience in general labor, yard work, construction, automotive, or outdoor work preferred Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, or handheld devices Strong attention to detail and reliability High School Diploma or GED Why Join Us?
