Dispatching from the Allentown, Pennsylvania terminal hub, this position is designed for solo drivers seeking premium equipment, reliable miles, and consistent weekend home time. Join a driver-focused carrier that prioritizes safety, comfort, and financial growth. Required Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A). One year of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience within the last two years. Demonstrated professionalism and a strong commitment to highway safety standards. Fleet Responsibilities Safely transport dry van freight throughout the 48 contiguous states. Efficiently manage preloaded and drop-and-hook customer freight with no load handling required. Complete routine daily pre-trip and post-trip commercial vehicle safety inspections. Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) hours-of-service records in accordance with applicable safety regulations.

Compensation and Benefits Experienced Driver Pay:

Average weekly earning potential of $1,750 to $2,000, with highly competitive pay of $0.71 per mile.

Refresher Pay Phase:

A guaranteed weekly flat training rate of $1,200 for qualified drivers returning to active OTR operations.

Guaranteed Home Time:

Predictable scheduling with guaranteed home time every weekend for the required 34-hour reset.

Premium Fleet Equipment:

New 2025 and 2026 Freightliner tractors equipped with sleeper APUs, power inverters, and refrigerators. W-2
