PODS is seeking a reliable CDL Driver to support our Transportation & Logistics operations. In this field-based role, you will safely deliver, pick up, and position portable storage containers for residential and commercial customers. You'll perform pre- and post-trip inspections, secure loads, and follow all DOT and company safety standards. Responsibilities Operate CDL vehicle to deliver, pick up, and reposition PODS containers for residential and commercial customers Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs Secure loads and safely maneuver containers in driveways, parking lots, and tight spaces Follow all DOT, company, and local safety regulations and hours-of-service rules Provide courteous, professional on-site customer service and resolve basic issues Use GPS and routing tools to plan efficient daily routes Complete delivery documentation and electronic logs accurately and on time Communicate with dispatch and team members to coordinate schedules and resolve service issues Maintain clean, organized vehicle and equipment Support a safety-focused, team-oriented culture and assist with yard or warehouse tasks as needed Required Skills CDL truck operation Defensive driving Load securement and tie-downs Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance DOT regulations and hours-of-service compliance GPS and route navigation Forklift/material handling equipment operation Customer service and communication Completion of electronic logs and delivery documentation Safe backing, maneuvering, and container placement
