Zeetailz Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Repossession Agent to join our team. Please be sure to complete all steps on the fountain website to be considered. As a Repossession Agent, you will interact with our customers, and you will be investigating and tracking the known locations of vehicles out for repossession, securing them, and towing the vehicles to our storage facility. Repo Agent Responsibilities :

Identify the location of vehicles that need to be repossessed. Ensure compliance with all relevant city and state laws and client and company policies during the repossession process. Safely and efficiently repossess vehicles, transporting to designated locations. Report repossession and provide detailed documentation via photographs and written reports the condition of vehicles at the time of repossession, noting any damages or issues. Handle potentially difficult or confrontational situations calmly and professionally when interacting with public and/or customers Weekend ON CALL tow support to owners, and other operations is

REQUIRED

. Complete all paperwork accurately and within designated time frames. Perform and record daily inspection of company assigned trucks. Always prioritize safety.

Repo Agent Requirements:

Previous experience a must High school diploma or equivalent Strong observational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Clean, presentable appearance Proven reliability and ability to work independently Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Must pass background screening Must pass drug screening Must be able to work night/overnight shifts Must be available nights and willing to work Saturdays and/or Sundays Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted Notify law enforcement of vehicle repossessions and maintain positive relationships with governing authorities Prior experience driving box trucks, tow trucks, other commercial use trucks desired; Repossession, law enforcement, investigative work, or related experience may be beneficial
