Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lowboy Driver to join our mobilization team for our asphalt paving company. In this role, you will operate specialized lowboy trailers designed for transporting heavy equipment, machinery, and oversized loads across various routes. Your expertise in commercial truck driving, adherence to safety regulations, and ability to handle complex logistics will ensure timely and secure deliveries. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team committed to excellence in freight transportation and cargo handling. Duties Safely operate tractor-trailers with lowboy trailers for the transportation of heavy equipment and machinery Load and unload equipment and machinery Comply with all FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration), DOT (Department of Transportation), hazardous materials regulations, and hazard-specific handling procedures Experience Proven experience in commercial truck driving, especially with tractor-trailers lowboy configurations Familiarity with machinery to load/unload Demonstrated ability to navigate using GPS navigation systems efficiently Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Strong understanding of truck loading/unloading processes and logistics cargo handling techniques Join us as a Lowboy Driver and be part of a team that values safety, efficiency, and professionalism.
