YARD JOCKEY / CDL-A DRIVER

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Yard Jockey to safely move trailers throughout a busy manufacturing and distribution yard. This is a hands-on position that requires excellent driving skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 4:00 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime available

Responsibilities:

Move trailers between production, staging, and loading areas Perform trailer inspections and report equipment issues Coordinate with shipping, receiving, and production teams Maintain accurate yard organization and trailer inventory Follow all DOT and company safety procedures Assist with general yard operations as needed

Requirements:

Valid CDL-A License (Required) Hazmat Endorsement (Required) Previous Yard Jockey, Shuttle Driver, or Tractor-Trailer experience Clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong safety awareness and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Forklift experience is a plus Experience working in manufacturing, construction materials, or industrial environments
