Job Overview Nagle is a family owned trucking company that has been in business since 1989. Our home office is in Walbridge, OH, where we have a full-service terminal and a fleet of 70 trucks and 200 trailers. We are currently hiring for a local/regional position, with home time for your restart and 2-3 nights throughout the week. Ideally, the schedule will be M-F with a possibility for Saturdays, as needed. Service area will be MI, OH and PA. We are seeking a reliable and skilled truck driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and the ability to manage routes effectively. Responsibilities Follow designated routes for timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours driven, mileage, and fuel consumption. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding any issues or delays encountered during transport. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL A) No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years No more than 2 at-fault accidents in the last 3 years Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience Strong understanding of safety regulations related to truck driving and cargo transportation. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
