Requirements:

CDL Class A license and current DOT medical card Minimum 2 years' experience as a professional CDL Class A Current Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements Required No more than 1 traffic violation in last 2 years No at-fault accidents in the last 2 years No DUI/DWI in last 5 years (1 per lifetime).

Ability to pass:
