Job Description
United Glass Ventures is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a truck driver. Candidates will be asked to make local and out-of-town deliveries on a regular basis. The candidate will operate straight trucks ranging from 16ft to 26ft. When not driving, the candidate will also be responsible to assist with the loading of outgoing shipments, review and check bill of lading, and assist with various warehouse duties. Candidate must possess the following traits: A valid United States Driver's License (CDL is not required, but is a plus) Candidate must submit to a MVR and Background Check Candidate must submit to a DMV physical that includes a Drug Screening Candidate must have experience or the ability and willingness to learn to operate a forklift Candidate must be comfortable operating a truck in metropolitan areas Candidate must be able to read and write the English language Candidate must be able and willing to travel out of state (typically 250mi radius from Northeastern PA) Candidate must be able to lift over 30 lbs repeatedly Pay rates offered are highly competitive and will be based on a candidate's experience.
