The Pay & Perks Earn approximately $75,000-$90,000 annually, including typical overtime and available safety incentives. $5,000 sign-on bonus $30.00/hr + overtime after 40 hours Safe-driving bonus of up to $3,200 per year 1-2 overnight routes/week — no scheduled weekends Medical, dental, vision + 401(k) Start earning Paid Time Off (PTO) on your first day, accruing 3 weeks annually. PTO is available for use after 90 days of employment. Safety footwear reimbursement Employee discounts on pet food & supplies (yes, really — Pet Perks) The Equipment Freightliner, Volvo, Hino, and International trucks Automatic and manual transmissions Daycab tractors and 26' box trucks Liftgates and reefer units on select routes The Routes Delivery area spans
PA, NJ, MD, DE, WV, VA
— as far west as Columbus and Cleveland, and up to Rochester, Buffalo, and all 4 NYC boroughs Average 400 miles and 15 stops per route Start times vary by route, generally between 3:00 AM and 7:00 AM Expect at least a 10-hour workday Mix of highway miles, rural roads, and congested city driving (including NYC boroughs) — route variety keeps the job from feeling repetitive Our NYC routes are an important part of serving our customers, and all drivers are expected to complete them as needed. The additional $100 bonus recognizes the extra time and effort these routes may require. The Job Drive a tractor-trailer on assigned local/regional routes Deliver pet food & supplies inside to independent retailers Unload with pallet/hand jacks Keep accurate delivery paperwork per state & federal rules This is a hands-on delivery role. Drivers must be comfortable unloading product, entering and exiting the truck throughout the day, and providing a high level of customer service. What You Bring CDL Class A license + valid DOT Medical Certificate 1+ year of CDL driving experience (lift gate experience a plus) Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and get in/out of the truck repeatedly Solid customer service skills — you're often the only face customers see from us Can pass a physical, drug test, background check, and MVR review Why Drivers Stick Around We don't just say drivers are the heartbeat of this business- we build the schedule around it.
