Job Overview As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles that are broken down, involved in accidents, or illegally parked to the designated locations. You will play a crucial role in providing roadside assistance and ensuring the efficient movement of vehicles. Duties

• Respond to service calls promptly and efficiently
• Safely load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck
• Secure vehicles properly for transport
• Drive to specified locations following the most efficient routes
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers in a professional manner
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting if needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tow truck Skills
• Mechanical knowledge to handle vehicle loading and unloading
• Commercial driving skills to operate a tow truck safely
• Basic automotive repair skills for minor issues on-site
• Strong customer service abilities to interact with clients effectively
