Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive towing Running rollback and writing checks Responsibilities Operate vehicles safely and efficiently, including flatbed trucks and tow trucks. Perform automotive diagnostics and repairs as needed, ensuring all work meets quality standards. Load and unload vehicles with care, adhering to safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs performed. Demonstrate proficiency in driving both manual transmission and automatic vehicles. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive repair or related fields is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Experience with load unloading procedures for various types of vehicles. Valid commercial driving license is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles comfortably. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices in all operations.
