McLane Company, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Driver in Bensalem, PA to support its wholesale grocery and foodservice distribution network. In this role, you will safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products to convenience stores, restaurants, and other retailers. You'll handle loading and unloading, verify orders, and provide courteous, professional service at each stop. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver grocery and foodservice products to customers in the region Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations, including pre- and post-trip inspections Load, unload, and verify products against delivery documents with accuracy and care Provide professional, customer-focused service at each delivery location Maintain delivery schedules and communicate delays or issues to dispatch Complete required logs, paperwork, and use onboard technology for routing and tracking Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams to resolve delivery or inventory issues Protect company equipment and report maintenance needs promptly Required Skills Commercial driving (Class A CDL) Defensive and safe driving practices Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance Route planning and time management Use of electronic logging devices (ELDs) Loading, unloading, and pallet jack operation Paperwork and delivery documentation accuracy Customer service for delivery operations Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations Use of GPS and onboard routing technology
