Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Bensalem, PA. This role is ideal for a hands-on logistics and warehouse operations leader who can drive daily execution, strengthen inventory accuracy, improve productivity, and support a safe, organized, and customer-focused operation. The Warehouse Manager will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, shipping, safety, equipment use, and warehouse personnel. This is a highly visible leadership position with the opportunity to influence cost-reduction initiatives, operational efficiency, service levels, and continuous improvement across the warehouse. This opportunity offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule, a collaborative operations environment, and regular interaction with internal teams, customers, vendors, and freight partners. The right candidate will bring professionalism, strong communication skills, and a leadership style that supports teamwork, accountability, safety, and long-term operational success. Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all warehouse operations, including staffing, scheduling, receiving, storage, shipping, inventory control, and daily workflow execution.
- Supervise loading, unloading, material handling, and shipment activities to ensure safe handling, accurate processing, and on-time deliveries.
- Lead warehouse associates and equipment operators while enforcing safety standards, housekeeping expectations, and company procedures.
- Monitor inbound and outbound activity, resolve shipping and receiving issues, investigate inventory variances, and report damaged goods through proper channels.
- Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, material flow, and operational processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Partner with Quality, Logistics, Customer Service, vendors, customers, and freight companies to support service levels and continuous improvement goals. Compensation and Benefits

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, shipping, inventory control, staffing, and daily execution.
- Lead warehouse teams, equipment operators, safety practices, housekeeping standards, and operational compliance.
- Drive inventory accuracy, cycle count performance, warehouse productivity, and service-level performance.
- Support cost-reduction initiatives through quality improvement, inventory optimization, material throughput efficiency, and waste reduction.
- 6 to 10 years of relevant warehouse, logistics, distribution, or operations management experience.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, distribution processes, and material flow.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and external partners.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to supervise warehouse associates, manage priorities, resolve operational issues, and maintain accountability for performance.
- Strong commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, housekeeping, quality standards, and ethical business practices.
- Professional leadership style with the ability to support company employment policies and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
- Background working with freight companies, vendors, customers, Quality, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
- Experience optimizing warehouse layout, space utilization, inventory accuracy, fill rate, and cycle count performance.
