Clean Harbors is seeking a CDL Equipment Driver to support environmental and industrial services across North America. In this role, you will safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials, perform routine inspections, and follow strict DOT and company safety standards. You'll assist with on-site environmental projects, operate specialized equipment, and maintain accurate logs. Responsibilities Operate CDL equipment to transport waste and materials safely to and from customer sites and Clean Harbors facilities Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate driving and service logs Load, secure, and unload containers, drums, and equipment following DOT and company safety standards Follow all federal, state, and local transportation and hazardous materials regulations Communicate with dispatch and customers to coordinate routes, schedules, and site requirements Assist with basic industrial/environmental service tasks at customer locations as needed Report equipment issues, spills, or safety concerns immediately and participate in safety meetings Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and ensure proper use of PPE and safety procedures Required Skills CDL Class A or B driving Hazardous materials handling Tanker and/or hazmat endorsements DOT regulations compliance Vehicle inspection and maintenance checks Load securement Basic industrial/environmental services Use of PPE and safety procedures Logbook and ELD recordkeeping Defensive driving techniques
