Dispatching from our Erie, Pennsylvania, terminal hub, this position is designed for solo drivers seeking premium equipment, reliable miles, and consistent weekend home time. Join a driver-focused carrier that prioritizes safety, comfort, and financial growth. Required Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A). At least one year of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience within the last two years. Demonstrated professionalism and a strong commitment to highway safety standards. Fleet Responsibilities Safely transport dry van freight across nationwide 48-state shipping lanes. Efficiently manage preloaded and drop-and-hook customer freight with no load touching required. Perform routine daily pre-trip and post-trip commercial vehicle safety inspections. Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) hours-of-service records in accordance with applicable safety regulations.

Structured Compensation and Benefits Experienced Driver Pay:

Top-tier earning potential averaging $1,750 to $2,000 per week, with highly competitive pay of $0.71 per mile.

Refresher Pay Phase:

Qualified drivers returning to active OTR operations receive a guaranteed weekly training rate of $1,200.

Guaranteed Home Time:

Predictable scheduling with guaranteed home time every weekend for the required 34-hour reset.

Premium Fleet Equipment:

Operate new 2025 and 2026 Freightliner trucks equipped with sleeper auxiliary power units (APUs), power inverters, and refrigerators. W-2
