Compensation and Benefits Weekly Earnings:

Average $1,600 to $1,800 weekly ($1,700 typical average)

Trainee Pay:

$850 weekly during 4 to 6 weeks of dedicated training

Starting Mileage Pay:

$0.80 per mile starting rate, with up to $0.85 per mile based on experience

Stop Pay:

$15 per stop

Unload Pay:

$80 per unload

Weekly Mileage:

Average of 1,800 miles per week

Home Time:
