Approximately 90-95% driving / 5-10% warehouse Job Overview We are seeking an experienced CDL Class A Driver to transport fire sprinkler pipe, fittings, valves, and installation materials using a variety of flatbed equipment, including single-axle flatbeds, tandem axle flatbeds, and 48-foot tractor trailers , all equipped with automatic transmissions. Drivers will primarily focus on deliveries within a radius of up to 5 hours from the branch , while also assisting with warehouse activities when not on the road. This position offers strong long-term potential for dependable, customer-focused professionals. Must‑Haves Must be 21 years of age or older Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) State-issued non-excepted interstate self-certification designation (proof required) Minimum 1 year of Class A driving experience CDL held for at least 1 year Smartphone savvy Excellent customer service skills Prompt, dependable, and reliable attendance Strong communication skills Nice to Have Moffett experience Forklift experience Flatbed delivery experience Construction materials or fire sprinkler industry experience Qualifications Experience operating Class A flatbed vehicles Ability to safely secure and transport loads Strong customer-facing communication skills Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules Willingness to assist with warehouse duties as required

Responsibilities:

Driving & Deliveries Operate:

Single axle flatbeds Tandem axle flatbeds 48-foot tractor trailers Deliver fire sprinkler materials safely and on time Validate routes and delivery locations Ensure loads are properly secured and within weight limits Obtain customer signatures and delivery confirmations Pick up customer returns and local purchase orders as needed Customer Service Provide professional customer service during deliveries Represent the company positively at customer locations Communicate regularly with supervisors and customers Warehouse Support Stage orders for delivery Assist with loading trucks Unload incoming deliveries when necessary Support shipping, receiving, and material organization activities Safety & Compliance Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections Comply with DOT regulations and company policies Fuel vehicles as required Report vehicle issues, accidents, violations, or defects immediately Maintain compliance with all safety procedures and company standards Physical Requirements Ability to assist with loading and unloading materials Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and material handling Ability to work both in warehouse and delivery environments Comfortable handling construction and fire protection materials Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who: Has strong Class A driving experience Is customer-focused and professional Is comfortable operating flatbed equipment Works safely and independently Is dependable and punctual Wants a long-term career opportunity About SGF Global Who We Are SGF Global is an integrated talent solutions provider, offering staffing, recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), nearshore, and consulting services across a wide range of industries in 35 countries.
