Job Description
System Freight, Inc., a family-oriented regional carrier, is hiring CDL-A Local Drivers in Hazleton, PA. Drive late-model equipment hauling time-sensitive, high-volume regional freight for dedicated customers across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Home daily with stable, year-round freight and predictable schedules. Responsibilities include safe, on-time pickups and deliveries, accurate logs and paperwork, and adherence to DOT and company safety standards. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL-A commercial vehicle on local and regional routes Complete on-time pickups and deliveries for time-sensitive freight Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects Maintain accurate driver logs, ELD records, and shipment paperwork Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations Secure freight properly to prevent damage and ensure load safety Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and yard personnel Follow designated routes and schedules while adapting to traffic and weather conditions Maintain clean, professional equipment and represent the company positively with customers Required Skills CDL-A truck driving Local and regional route driving
