Job Description
oin CarShop as a Driver and be part of a team that keeps our inventory moving.
CarShop is seeking a reliable, self-motivated Driver to safely transport vehicles between locations, assist with lot organization, and support daily dealership operations. This is a great part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys driving and working independently.
What You'll Do:
Safely drive vehicles to and from assigned locations
Transport vehicles between dealerships and customer destinations
Organize and move vehicles on the lot as needed
Follow routes and manage time efficiently for on-time deliveries
Operate vehicles in compliance with all state and local laws
Assist with general tasks to support dealership operations
What We're Looking For:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
No major traffic violations or accidents in the past 3 years
Comfortable driving long distances, highways, and in varying weather conditions
Ability to drive a variety of vehicles, including manual transmission (preferred)
Strong reliability, time management, and attention to detail
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Must pass background check and drug screening
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods while driving
Ability to walk, stand, and move vehicles around the lot
Ability to lift, push, and pull materials as needed
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including snow removal when necessary
Schedule:
Part-time (under 1,000 hours per year)
3 days per week, 7-8 hour shifts

- Medium Work- lifting, pulling or pushing up to 50 pounds occasionally, or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, or 10 pounds of constantly as required to move objects
This position requires the ability to stand, sit, crawl, climb, stoop, kneel, reach, and grasp
This position requires the ability to talk and hear
This position works in a covered area but will also work outside at times and could experience heat and cold, hazards and noise
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Standard Business Hours with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; three months or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; six months or more of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Valid driver's license
