Our Hatfield facility includes a health center, family physician, and physical therapist Well-maintained, newer equipment Supportive, on-site dispatch and management Weekly pay range of $1,600 - $2,000 Top earners exceed $125,000/year Activity-based pay, with mileage starting at $0.635/mile Additional pay for stops, delays, layovers, backhauls, meals, etc. Sign-on bonus available for experienced drivers As a Regional CDL-A Driver, you'll play a vital role in ensuring timely, safe, and efficient deliveries to our customers — from large retailers to local businesses. Your professionalism and dependability directly support food security and customer satisfaction across the East Coast and Midwest. Safely operate newer-model Freightliner or Volvo sleeper tractors and 53' trailers Deliver multi-stop loads (typically 3-4 stops) across the Northeast, Midwest, and Southeast Communicate regularly with dispatch and customers Manage hours of service and delivery timelines effectively Return with backhauls for tri-state area deliveries Keep your assigned truck clean and professionally maintained Optionally unload to expedite delivery when applicable Use Samsara ELD with camera safety systems (inward, outward, side) Leave Sunday or Monday, return Friday or Saturday (5-7 days OTR) 34+ hour reset at home every weekend Holiday work required, with departures/returns adjusted around holidays Coverage area includes the Carolinas, New England, and Midwest (as far as Chicago)

Safety-equipped, 2018+ sleeper tractors with APU, lane assist, collision mitigation, and more Autonomy with
Support:
You manage your route and schedule with full dispatch support
Consistent Work, Real Stability:
Year-round freight with no seasonal slowdowns CDL Class A license (required) Minimum 1 year of tractor-trailer experience Current medical card Clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the past 5 years) Strong time management skills and commitment to safety Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English Comfortable with varied schedules (day/night driving, multi-stop loads)
