Full-time We're hiring experienced Ready-Mix Drivers now at all three of our southwestern PA plants! If you have a valid CDL and take pride in safe, on-time concrete deliveries, we want you on our team. Join a stable, growing company that values safety, reliability, and great customer service. What You'll Do- Safely operate and drive a ready-mix concrete truck from the batch plant to commercial, residential, and industrial construction sites
- Load, mix, and deliver ready-mix concrete while adjusting slump and mix design based on weather conditions and job specifications
- Maintain constant communication with dispatch using two-way radio for routing and delivery instructions
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, keep your truck clean, and complete minor maintenance/repairs as needed
- Ensure all loads meet quality standards and are delivered on time
- Provide excellent customer service on job sites and professionally handle customer requests or concerns
- Strictly follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies at plants and construction sites What We're Looking For
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Previous ready-mix, concrete, or tanker truck driving experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to assigned plant and willingness to work early starts and occasional overtime
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience:
