Job Description
The Mobile Driver must possess CDL Class B or higher (at minimum must have large vehicle/box truck driving experience with willingness to get CDL). Mobile Drivers drive to and from mobile drives and greet blood donors according to Central Pennsylvania Blood Bank (CPBB) standard operating procedures. During blood collection visits, follow instructions as provided by the Mobile Team Lead. Perform work in accordance with Federal and state rules, regulations, CPBB policies and procedures, and in compliance with direction provided by the Director of Donor Services. The mobile bus operates 7 days a week with a varied schedule dependent upon what meets the needs of the community. Mobile Drivers typically work 5 days per week in order to meet the blood supply needs of the area.
