Schedule:

Primarily Monday-Friday during daytime hours This is a permanent, year-round position. It's not a temporary or seasonal staffing assignment. The selected candidate will be hired directly by Synergy Employment Group's client as a regular, full-time employee. The company is looking for a reliable Class A or Class B CDL Driver to deliver heating oil to residential customers along established local routes. Permanent, full-time, year-round employment $1,000-$1,200 per week Local routes with no overnight travel Home daily Primarily Monday-Friday daytime hours Paid fuel-delivery training 401(k) with company match Paid time off Employee heating-oil discount Established, family-owned company Supportive, team-oriented work environment Responsibilities Deliver heating oil to residential customers along established local routes Operate a commercial tank vehicle safely and efficiently Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Handle and pull a fuel-delivery hose Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required paperwork or electronic documentation Follow established routes and remain on schedule with limited supervision Provide courteous and professional service to residential customers Follow company procedures and all applicable DOT and safety requirements Work outdoors throughout the year in varying weather conditions Required Qualifications Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License Active H (Hazmat) and N (Tanker) endorsements, or an active combined X endorsement Valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate/DOT medical card At least two years of verifiable professional CDL driving experience Clean driving record Ability to successfully complete a motor vehicle record check Must meet the client's FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse requirements Willingness to complete required pre-employment drug testing, background checks, and driver qualification screenings Ability to reliably report to the company's location in Jonestown, Pennsylvania Ability to climb in and out of a commercial delivery truck repeatedly throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to handle and pull a fuel-delivery hose and perform the other physical duties associated with residential fuel delivery, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to work independently, follow established routes, and remain on schedule Willingness to complete paid training covering the company's fuel-delivery procedures, equipment, and safety requirements Schedule and Work Environment Full-time, year-round position Primarily Monday-Friday during daytime hours Local routes with approximately 500 driving miles per week Home daily with no overnight routes Winter is the company's busiest season Availability to work up to two Saturdays per month during the winter busy season is required Outdoor work in varying seasonal and weather conditions Benefits 401(k) Company 401(k) match Paid time off Paid training Employee heating-oil discount How to Apply Apply through Indeed and complete the initial screening questions.
