Shuttlesworth Inc. is a premium, modern shuttle and charter transportation company serving Bucks County and surrounding areas. We operate clean, well‑maintained vehicles and provide a professional, school‑safe, customer‑focused experience for students, families, and charter clients. We are looking for a CDL B driver with Passenger Endorsement who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and represents a high‑quality brand. Responsibilities Safely operate a 26-33 passenger bus for school‑adjacent routes and charter trips Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections Maintain a clean, professional vehicle interior and exterior Provide friendly, reliable service to students, families, and charter clients Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards Communicate clearly with dispatch and clients Represent Shuttlesworth Inc. with professionalism and courtesy Requirements CDL B with Passenger Endorsement (required) Clean MVR and background Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused Comfortable working with students, families, and school staff Ability to lift luggage when needed Professional appearance and communication School bus or charter driving experience preferred Compensation & Structure $26-$30/hr depending on route/charter 1099 contractor role — drivers keep their full hourly pay with no deductions for benefits Flexible scheduling (weekdays, weekends, evenings) Branded uniform tops provided — sporty, breathable, and professional Opportunities for additional charter hours If you're a safe, professional CDL driver looking for flexible work with a premium transportation company, we'd love to hear from you.
