Competitive Pay:

Overtime (Time and a half) paid after 40 hours worked Consistent workload with year-round stability Outstanding Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life and disability insurance 401(k) with company match up to 6% 25 Paid days off in 1st year (7 of which are holidays) Position Summary Transport loaded trailers between the Manchester, PA distribution center and satellite yards in Allentown, PA, Fredericksburg, VA, and Dover, DE, returning empty trailers to Manchester. Additional responsibilities include securing loads, performing yard jockey moves as needed, and shuttling trailers between Manchester warehouse facilities while maintaining compliance with company, DOT, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a CDL-A commercial vehicle and trailer in accordance with FMCSA and DOT regulations Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly Ensure all cargo is properly secured (flatbed strapping) and protected from damage during transit Maintain accurate delivery, inspection, and compliance documentation • Represent the company professionally at all times while on duty Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines Work overtime as needed to support business requirements Minimum Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) required Minimum of two (2) years of CDL-A driving experience Must be at least 21 years of age High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to read, write, and speak English Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card) Clean driving record and commitment to safety Ability to secure cargo and perform physical loading/unloading tasks as required Willingness and ability to travel and stay overnight 3-5 nights per week Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends when business needs require What We're Looking For We're looking for dependable, customer-focused professionals who take pride in operating safely and representing PrimeSource at every stop.
