The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Job Description Job Description Efficiently and effectively utilize tools and technology to increase driver productivity and track each vehicle moved with its lot location. Utilize mobile device to ensure proper flow of vehicles. Assist supervisor in directing the work of employees. Communicate schedules and assignments to the crew members. Orient and instruct new drivers regarding their job duties. Shuttle employees to and from auxiliary parking lots on sale days; provide transportation to employees parking inventoried vehicles at remote sites. Perform daily maintenance and routine checks of the van and clean and service the vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories. Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Effectively leads the team at the location by setting an example in behavior, championing Cox/Manheim values and ensuring that all employees are treated with respect. Enforce all company policies and procedures related to employee and customer conduct. Perform other duties as assigned by management. May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate.
