Our growth has created the need for additional operator / driver positions within our installation division installing sod, seeding, installing irrigation and other tasks on all types of sports fields (baseball, softball, soccer, football and golf). We work with many collegiate and professional teams to improve their playing surfaces.

Equipment includes:

Farm tractors Skid Loaders Mini-excavators Dozer Loader Landoll Tri axle dump truck We offer time and a half pay daily after 8 hours and opportunities for prevailing wage work. We also pay travel time to and from the jobsites. In 2025 the average gross pay on our installation crews was $80,000 during the 10 month season. Benefits start on hire and include; Health, vision and dental insurance 401k w/ company match (after 90 days) 2 weeks paid vacation Paid holidays Overtime after 8 hours daily Paid travel time both ways Experience in excavation, landscaping or farming is desired but not required. 2-3 years of experience with equipment is required for this position.
