" We the Mover PA LLC is hiring a reliable and safety-focused CDL Dump Truck Driver to haul aggregate stone throughout Western Pennsylvania. This position involves operating a tri-axle dump truck and transporting aggregate materials from various quarries to customer and job-site locations. Drivers may operate out of different quarry locations depending on where work is available, including Blairsville, Connellsville, and other locations throughout the greater Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania area. Your starting location may change from week to week based on the work schedule. We are looking for a professional driver who takes care of the equipment, shows up on time, follows all safety requirements, and understands the responsibility that comes with operating a commercial dump truck. Responsibilities Safely operate a tri-axle dump truck hauling aggregate stone only. Pick up loads from assigned quarries and deliver them to designated customer or job-site locations. Be willing to report to different quarry locations throughout Western Pennsylvania depending on weekly work assignments. Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections each day. Make sure loads are transported and dumped safely. Follow all DOT, Pennsylvania, quarry, customer, and company safety requirements. Maintain safe speeds and proper following distances, especially while operating a loaded truck on hills and construction routes. Properly operate the dump body, tarp system, lift axle, and other truck equipment. Keep the truck clean and report any mechanical problems, warning lights, leaks, tire issues, or safety concerns immediately. Maintain required driver logs, load tickets, inspection reports, and other paperwork. Communicate professionally with dispatch, quarry personnel, customers, and job-site personnel. Treat company equipment responsibly and professionally. Qualifications Valid Class A or Class B CDL required. Dump truck or heavy commercial driving experience preferred. Experience operating a tri-axle dump truck is strongly preferred. Must have a safe driving record and be able to meet company and insurance requirements. Must understand commercial vehicle safety and DOT regulations. Must be comfortable driving a loaded dump truck on highways, local roads, hills, quarry roads, and active job sites. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow daily dispatch instructions. Must be able to work at different quarry locations as assignments change. Must be able to complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections and identify basic mechanical or safety issues. Must maintain a professional and safety-first attitude. Pay:
