ROUTE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES / DRIVERS
For:
PITTSBURGH / NEW KENSINGTON, PA
  • ONE DAY ONLY / IN-PERSON
    Interviews / THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1ST
  • $800 Weekly Salary + Percentage of Route Volume $60,000
  • $85,000+ Average First Year Earnings Top Rep is making $100,000+ Annually Paid Weekly ($800+) Full-Time Monday

  • Multiple Shifts Available (depending upon route) Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) A UniFirst Route Service Representative (RSR) is a customer-facing, field-based role responsible for delivering, picking up, and managing inventory of uniforms and facility service products (mats, towels) on a designated route.
RSRs act as the primary contact for customers, focusing on service retention, upselling new products, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a physical, fast-paced, Monday-Friday role.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales:
Deliver uniforms and facility products, handle customer requests, and identify opportunities to upsell new items to existing accounts.
Route Management:
Manage a scheduled, recurring route independently, including loading/unloading vehicles and performing daily pre/post-trip vehicle inspections.
Inventory Control:
Maintain accurate inventory levels for customers, including scanning, tracking, and invoicing of products.
Compliance:
Adhere to all safety and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Qualifications Physical Strength:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in an environment requiring walking, bending, and kneeling throughout the day.
Driving:
Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Customer Focus:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships.
Dependability:
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently. What the

Guaranteed base salary plus commissions and bonuses (unlimited earning potential).
