Overview Global Packaging, Inc, is a Global leader in the field of Flexographic Printing for the private label and branded markets of diapers, sanitary products, towels, tissue and napkins as well as frozen food packaging and baked goods. We are looking for a safety-conscious, dependable CDL Class A Driver with a clean driving record and all required credentials , including a valid CDL and current DOT Medical Card. The ideal candidate demonstrates good judgement, regulatory compliance, and a commitment to following established GMP's, SOP's, and company procedures. Must be able to safely operate vehicles and warehouse equipment while maintaining high standards of quality and operational performance. The responsibilities of a CDL Truck Driver include, but are not limited to, the following: Operate company trucks to support to safely and efficiently support shipping and receiving operations, including the pick-up and delivery of materials to designated locations Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driving License (CDL) and maintain a safe and satisfactory driving record, meeting all company regulatory requirements. Perform required pre-trip, during operation and post-trip inspections, and accurately maintain truck logs and required reports. Knowledge of safe vehicle operation, defensive driving practices, and cargo securement. Adhere to all established Standard Operating Procedure (SOP's) company policies, quality requirements, and safety protocols to ensure safe complaints and efficient operations. The ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with warehouse, production, management, customers, and other personnel. Ensure all deliveries and pickups are completed in accordance with customer specifications, order requirements and established procedures. Maintain required operational records and documentation, ensuring all shipping paperwork, bill of lading, labels, and related documentation are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Must be able to safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment while consistently adhering to all established safety and operational procedures. Report any equipment issues or non-conforming product issues to maintenance or to supervisor. Immediately remove from service any malfunctioning equipment. Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications CDL Drivers:

Class "A" driver's license required with 3- or more year(s) of driving experience. Proven experience in commercial truck driving, delivery driving, or freight transportation. Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and attention to detail when handling vehicles, materials, documentation and deliveries. Proficiency in using basic measuring tools such as a tape measure or ruler in imperial and metric increments. Capacity to learn and navigate through proprietary company and equipment software Will possess a proven track record of effective collaboration with customers and colleagues.
