Job Description
HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Class A/B CDL Driver/Operator to support industrial cleaning, maintenance, and environmental projects for major energy and industrial clients. Based in Houston, you will safely operate CDL trucks and specialized equipment for vacuum, hydroblasting, and material transport at customer sites. In this safety-first, team-driven role, you'll follow strict procedures, complete inspections and documentation, and work in demanding field conditions while receiving strong safety training and opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities Operate Class A/B CDL trucks and equipment to support industrial cleaning and environmental services at client facilities Safely transport, load, and unload materials, waste, and equipment in compliance with DOT and company regulations Perform vacuum, hydroblasting, and other specialized industrial cleaning operations under field supervision Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and routine equipment checks, reporting defects or maintenance needs Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout protocols in demanding field environments Complete required logs, manifests, and service documentation accurately and on time Work collaboratively with field crews and supervisors to meet project schedules and client expectations Participate in safety meetings, training, and drills; stop work and escalate any unsafe conditions Required Skills Class A/B CDL truck operation DOT regulations and logkeeping Tanker/Haz Mat handling and transport Industrial vacuum and hydroblasting equipment Pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections Basic mechanical and equipment troubleshooting OSHA and environmental safety compliance Confined space and working at heights procedures Load securement and material handling Field documentation and manifest completion
