We are hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals who want a reliable career, not just another driving job. With 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits, we support our drivers both on the road and at home.
Compensation and Benefits Guaranteed income:
Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.
Base rate:
$0.55 per mile for all loaded and empty miles.
Accessorial pay:
$20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, along with layover pay and breakdown compensation.
Sign-on bonus:
$1,500 paid over three months.
Full benefits:
Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days.
Retirement:
401(k) plan with a 5% company match.
Routes and Equipment Predictable schedule:
Regional routes throughout the Eastern U.S., with regular operations east of I-35.
Home weekly:
Guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset at home.
Premium trucks:
Assigned 2025-2026 Freightliner or Kenworth equipment with a strict no-slip-seating policy.
Driver comfort:

Qualifications and Requirements License:
