Ability to provide excellent customer service Professional appearance Represent the company in a professional manner Excellent computer/tablet skills Good communication skills Knowledge of PA Turnpike, 76, 476 and other major highways in and around the Philadelphia area required Knowledge of local townships required (Plymouth, Conshohocken, West Conshohocken, Norristown, Whitemarsh, Whitpain, East/West Norriton, Bridgeport/King of Prussia, etc) Experience with Police towing preferred Experience with Towbook app preferred Experience with AAA towing preferred Must be able to pass a drug test and background check Safe driving record with current PA driver's license and DOT Medical Card High school diploma or GED Able to life up to 60 pounds Pass a criminal background check and MVR Pass pre-employment and random drug tests Possess knowledge of basic automotive mechanics CPR/First Aid/BLS certification preferred
