Driver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Caregiving & Client Transport Full-Time | Success Rehabilitation, Inc. Are you a compassionate caregiver who enjoys being on the move? Join our team at Success Rehabilitation, Inc., where transportation is only part of the role—you'll also provide hands-on care and meaningful support to adults with disabilities every day. This is NOT a rideshare position (Uber/Lyft). We're looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about caregiving and committed to supporting clients both in the community and at home. What You'll Do As a Driver/DSP, you'll play a dual role supporting our clients: Safely transport clients to: Medical appointments Day programs and vocational placements Recreational outings and community activities Shopping trips and home visits Ensure client safety in vehicles at all times Caregiving Responsibilities (Core Part of the Role) When not driving, you will provide direct care and support, including: Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as: Bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Toileting and mobility/transfers Meal preparation and feeding (as needed) Light housekeeping and laundry Supporting client independence and daily routines Assisting with recreational activities and social engagement Following care plans and documenting daily activities Supporting behavioral plans and ensuring a safe environment What We're Looking For

REQUIRED
