Job Description
Overview Helping Harvest Fresh Food Bank is seeking applicants for a full time CDL Class B Driver. Helping Harvest provided more than 11.1 million pounds of food to neighbors experiencing food insecurity in 2025. Duties Provide excellent customer service to agency partners throughout Berks and Schuylkill counties at delivery sites. Complete product pick-up at local retail stores, distribution centers or warehouses as directed. Load and unload truck upon return to the warehouse in preparation for upcoming deliveries. Complete daily inspections of company vehicle and address concerns with supervisor. Complete appropriate paperwork in a timely fashion. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of vehicle both inside and out. Assist other departments in the warehouse as needed. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Maintain a CDL Class B driver's license and all required medical clearances. Remain free of any health issue or substance use that would impair or adversely affect the ability to drive or operate machinery. Ability to work respectfully and effectively as an individual and as a member of a team. Prospective employees will be subject to pre-employment background checks. Ability to lift 35 pounds.
