Part-Time Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials such as gravel, sand, dirt, and debris to and from job sites while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to all safety regulations. $500 bonus after 6 weeks with no call outs.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a dump truck to transport materials safely and efficiently Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Load and unload materials as required Follow designated routes and delivery schedules Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork Adhere to all local, state, and federal driving regulations Communicate effectively with dispatch and site personnel Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs promptly
Requirements:
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) (Class A or B) Clean driving record Valid medical examiners certificate Minimum 1 year of experience operating dump trucks or similar heavy equipment Ability to operate manual transmission Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations Ability to work in various weather and road conditions Physically capable of climbing in and out of the truck and performing basic maintenance checks Pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen Must be able to operate a Manual 8 or 18 speed truck
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (with occasional weekends) Day shift (with occasional nights)
Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
