Job Overview Midland Asphalt Materials Inc., a subsidiary of Barrett Industries Corporation, provides advanced pavement preservation solutions for our customers' needs. We are currently looking for Dump Truck Drivers in Clearfield, PA. This is a seasonal, fulltime opportunity running primarily from May through September/October, offering 40-60 hours per week, with it being September, we are looking for drivers who may be interested in joining us next season. Drivers receive additional overtime after 8 hours per day on top of weekly overtime after 40 hours. Although the role is seasonal, your benefits remain active yearround, ensuring continuous coverage even during the offseason. You may also be eligible for unemployment benefits during the winter months, providing additional financial support until the next season begins. This position will start in May 2026. Main Responsibilities

Pickup and deliver materials to jobsites in a safe and efficient manner.

Operate vehicles according to the DOT and company's safety standards

Carries out standard upkeep and minor repairs of vehicle in accordance with the company's environmental guidelines and regulations.

Notifies their supervisor in the event on anomalies

Perform daily pre and post trip inspections of assigned vehicle. This requires climbing up, on and over unit to verify everything is in proper working order.

Work varying shifts and hours dependent on job demands.

Experience & Qualifications

Must have a valid Class B CDL

Must have a good driving record

Minimum 2 years of experience preferred

Wears and maintains personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Regularly required to climb in and out of vehicles and/or equipment

Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

Regularly required to stand and walk across uneven terrain

Frequent exposure to loud noise

Regularly exposed to all outdoor weather conditions, dust, and airborne particles, exposure to high temperatures

Regularly exposed to fuel, oil, and other chemicals

Occasional travel with overnight stays away from home may be required
