Job Overview Southern Soil Environmental Inc. is seeking an experienced and dependable CDL-A Vacuum Truck Driver to join our team. We are looking for a safety-minded professional with a strong work ethic and a minimum of 2 years of verifiable vacuum truck, water hauling, saltwater hauling, or related oilfield/environmental hauling experience . This is primarily a Monday-Friday daytime position , with occasional weekend work as needed. What You'll Do Safely operate vacuum trucks and trailers to haul water and other approved materials Load and unload materials at oilfield, industrial, environmental, production, and job-site locations Operate vacuum equipment and safely connect and disconnect hoses Assist with fluid transfers, spill response, and other field operations as needed Follow dispatch instructions and complete assigned jobs safely and efficiently Complete accurate tickets, logs, manifests, and electronic documentation Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain communication with dispatch, supervisors, and customers Follow all company, DOT, environmental, and job-site safety procedures Maintain a clean and professional truck and work area Work safely in outdoor and industrial environments and changing weather conditions Represent Southern Soil Environmental Inc. in a professional manner at all times Requirements Valid Class A CDL Tanker Endorsement required HazMat endorsement preferred Minimum 2 years of verifiable vacuum truck, water hauling, saltwater hauling, or related oilfield/environmental hauling experience Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience Clean driving record Current DOT medical card Must meet all applicable
