Full Job Description About Us:

Patriot Towing and Recovery is a leader in professional asset recovery services. With a reputation for reliability, safety, and professionalism, we serve financial institutions and clients across the region. We're expanding our team and seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join us as Repossession Agents. As a Repossession Agent, you'll be responsible for locating and securing vehicles for clients in a safe, lawful, and professional manner. You will work closely with our dispatch and recovery teams to ensure efficient and successful operations.

Responsibilities:

Locate and recover collateral in assigned areas using company equipment Operate a tow truck and recovery tools (training provided if necessary) Utilize LPR (License Plate Recognition) technology and GPS software Document repossessions with detailed notes and photos Perform condition reports on recovered vehicles Maintain a professional appearance and communicate respectfully with all parties Follow all federal, state, and local laws regarding repossession and towing Ensure all company vehicles and equipment are maintained and clean

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds Self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team Must be comfortable working flexible hours, including nights and weekends (Night position works from Sun-Thurs) Excellent observational and problem-solving skills Basic mechanical knowledge or tow experience a plus Repossession or asset recovery experience preferred, but not required (we will train the right candidate)
