Manage landscape construction projects involving hardscape installation, tree trimming, and garden bed creation. Conduct snow plowing operations using trucks equipped with plows to clear driveways, walkways, and parking areas efficiently during winter storms. Follow safety protocols diligently while operating machinery and handling pesticides or chemicals for pest management. Maintain grounds by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting irrigation issues, and performing general landscaping repairs as needed. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with experience operating landscaping and groundskeeping equipment. Proficiency in landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, gardening, tree care, and hardscape installation. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as excavators for various landscaping projects. Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, pesticide management, and irrigation systems for healthy landscape growth. Experience with outdoor work in varying weather conditions; adherence to safety protocols is essential. Ability to perform snow plowing operations safely and effectively during winter months. Familiarity with grounds maintenance standards, groundskeeping best practices, and construction experience related to outdoor environments.
